Andrew is a senior finance professional with a thorough knowledge of accounting for Recruitment Agencies. He knows the in and outs of all financial aspects relating to both Permanent and Contract/Temporary recruitment. When we worked together at SOLA he was able to manage large contractor numbers and invoicing in many different countries often in complex situations. His biggest strength is his ability to pick up the phone and build relationships with the finance people at clients, especially when there have been issues relating to payment. On many occasions he was able to talk to people in accounts payable at clients and resolve issues that sales people where getting no where with. This resulted in faster payments and better ongoing relationships with clients. This quality is rare in finance management professionals.

I was largely responsible for the control of our internal IT systems, liaising with an external support provider.
