Overseeing SOLA not only grow by 200% within the UK, but being integral to the setting up of offices in Dubai in 2010 and subsequently Munich in 2013. I was responsible for overseeing all contractor payments, purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, commission calculations, and reconciliations of over 12 bank accounts across multiple currencies within the UK, UAE and Germany. I was largely responsible for the control of our internal IT systems, liaising with an external support provider. I also produced SOLA's monthly management accounts, with revised KPIs and metrics, and reported those to the Board of Directors.
