I spent last 10 years with Dmitry as dotted line manager. Thank you for all guidance, mentorship, suggestions and knowledge you shared. Dmitry is one of a kind. He has huge experience, knowledge about the market, about distribution, channel, and yet he still listens, waits for feedback from colleagues and partners. He is learning from each customer meeting, from every team member and shares his ideas to the team. I had a luck to learn a lot from him about working with complex multinational partners, and when it comes to driving business and delivering results in multicultural environment. I got a lot of help and coaching about leading virtual teams, remote people management and leadership and motivation.
