Aryana was a boss that stands out in my mind as someone who worked as hard for her team as she expected them to work for her. While her standards were high, she went above and beyond with her hands on training. She always made sure everyone not only understood every component of their job, but that we were always pushing to hit our personal goals. She always encouraged me to strive to be the best at whatever it was I chose to do and I found her guidance and support extremely rare from someone in her position. Unlike other managers I have had in the past, she took the time to identify my strengths and weaknesses.
