PRODUCTION PLANNING (2017-2019): - Avalon Technologies and Services Pvt Ltd. Production Planning controller (PPC) dept, Aerospace Manufacturing Division in Chennai, India.  Planned and Scheduled Production of 186 Meggitt jobs & 34 Crane jobs, having combined sales of 600,000$ annually, through all phases of production.  Inventory Planning: Planned raw materials demands to meet the production needs, using an Excel-based Material Requirements Plan (MRP) to support the purchase and material reservation required for the shop floor.  We achieved record monthly sales of 47000$ for a target of 30000$ for Meggitt during 2019.  Improved on-time deliveries to customer orders by 30%.  Decreased Passed Due Orders by 40%.  Resolved customer complaints and reduced customer complaints by 20%.  Consulted subcontractors to investigate and collaborated with the production engineering and quality management teams to identify and resolve issues.  Planned machine capacity plan weekly and scheduled the assembly-line production with 100% load capacity.  Inventory management: Forecasted and tracked inventory levels as required and created safety stocks and minimum order quantities (KANBAN) for moving & non-moving jobs Show less
