Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked with Weronika. I had the pleasure of working with Weronika at Enkids, collaborating on several projects including training and talent acquisition. Weronika is kind and patient at her core, and it amazes me how great she is with people. She was very encouraging and helped me to stretch my stretch my skills, for which I am incredibly grateful. She is very outcome focused. Weronika’s ability to juggle multiple projects was unlike any I’ve seen before and she made a tremendous difference in the culture and productivity of our team. Weronika always made sure that we always left team meetings with a smile. (I sure do miss those!) She would be an amazing asset to anyone’s team!
