In my 14+ years working with engineers on various launch teams, I will say that Brian was one of the best engineers I worked with. His dedication, effort, knowledge, and work ethic were not equaled by many. He's a detailed oriented engineer that has an in-depth knowledge of the products he worked with, and his organization and communication skill-sets make him a valuable asset for any company. He works well in a team environment, and will step up and take the lead when the time comes. I enjoyed the time that I worked with Brian. He is among the few that I truly miss working with.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian on the Chrysler Riact head restraint program. He was instumental in supplying the information required to assemble the equipment necessary to build "Design Validation" assemblies. He also helped with the design of the production intent equipment. Brian lead the testing team and interfaced daily with our counterparts on the European team. I always would receive the proper information and details about the project from Brian. He is an excellant product engineer. I would recommend Brian to work on any program. He would make a great addition to any team.
