For several years, Erik and I worked together at Columbus, and international business where Erik led the IT organization. As I joined Columbus as part of an acquisition, Erik was leading the integration of our systems into Columbus. Erik was great with helping us transition into the Columbus systems while helping migrate and retire our redundant systems while not losing functionality or trust of our users. Erik’s relationship with each country’s IT team working together to improve the overall company IT direction was one of his greatest strengths.
