Hari Kesavan worked with our team in Deutsche Bank Web Platform operations, during the period of 2011 to 2012. It was a short a year period while Hari has given us the great impressions over the excellent skills and inspiring working attitude. The work then including the infrastructure system management of the bank web hosting platform, not only servers but also network related; performance monitoring, issue identification and prevention; application problem trouble shooting and analysis, in addition to the day to day operation work. Hari has demonstrated his professional technical skills including wide range of web hosting technics, with tremendous self learning capability hence he has well integrated with the team and could contribute to the firm quickly. No doubts Hari is a great team player, work, share and help with all the colleagues and clients. He is a inspiring and passionate person. More important it is that he is impressively independent to accomplish the job in the auto piloting model. We all had the confidence of Hari but unfortunately the contract had to be ended due to the project to outsource all the external staff to a sole vendor chosen by global project team. Although I hope we could have Hari to work together again, I believe he would be able to get better jobs in many places as he has the proven career record, convincing abilities, and fabulous personality to success.
