I felt compelled to write a review for Charlotte after the incredible experience I had with her. I started a new role in charge of Demand Gen, responsible for building, growing, scaling programs to drive Pipeline. There's a lot of discovery and unwrapping that comes with that and Charlotte went above and beyond to partner with me to make this discovery and onboarding as stress-free as possible. I had a TON of questions about how campaigns were historically run, what our funnel metrics were, tracking insights, keyword strategy....the list went on. All the while, there's internal inquiries to show results which put additional pressure. The entire time Charlotte was patient, kind, collaborative, responsive, informative and strategic. She went above and beyond to dive into the data to update information we needed and came back quickly with answers AND recommendations on what should be done vs just what had been done. Charlotte felt like a member of my team vs an agency lead and that made a significant difference. She was a life saver and I wish we'd had the chance to work more together - just our needs changed internally. She's so great, I felt emotional when I had to say goodbye. Any company is incredibly lucky to have her on their team and leading the charge with Demand Gen strategies.
