I worked alongside Precious at the Youth Job Center and she contributed much momentum and development to the team. She is very thoughtful, always advocating for others and looking for ways to help both clients and coworkers grow. Precious jumped right into facilitating the WILL program, which at the time was struggling; within a year she significantly increased the potential of the program, improved its resources and funding-stream, as well as its longevity. She has an incredible capacity to dive right into the belly of the unknown and find her bearings. Overall, Precious is highly proficient at coordinating projects, overcoming workplace obstacles, and delivering results while keeping the well-being of those she serves in mind.

I have known Precious for close to three years, and have watched her grow from a graduating senior at Northwestern University, to one of the most valuable people in the organization whose Board of Directors I am part of. She has consistently demonstrated maturity and wisdom beyond her years and she would be a tremendous asset to any group she became a part of.
