I recommend Jefferson not only for his excellent work and skills in front-end but also for the experience in other related fields such as Conversion Analysis using Google Analytics tools, and also his knowledge in Design and UX. He is a very competent and reliable co-worker, always updating his skills and offering creative solutions to presented problems.

Raul A.

Jefferson knows how to explain the problems and solutions for people that aren't programmers! also he give smiles everyday except on wednesday. He is motivated day by day, he is a good learner and is codifying well the plataform standards.

Working as Tech Lead for Renault Alliance (Renault - Nissan - Mitsubishi) was a continuous learning path that led me to look after the most relevant deliverable projects for our users. Within this rule, I led many developers between projects and processes and my dearest goals were: - Create a mentoring and career path program for devs; - +20 projects/mvp's delivered into 4 areas inside the group (HR, Marketing, After Sales and Supply Chain); - Approximately 20MEUR of revenue through new projects and ideas; As Tech Lead inside these projects, my main goal was to ensure the code quality, creation of POC's and solution architectures, and engage all the integrations areas to the projects we built aiming the user needs. The main technologies and tools were agile (Scrum and Kanban as frameworks), Java, Hybris (CX SAP), Node (nodejs), Angular (iOnic, cordova and plain), react and react native for mobile, aws/gcp DevOps with sonarqube, custom made CICD pipelines and love. Icomm Group is the merge of OQVestir and Shop2Gether, booth represents 80% of the market share of cloths e-commerce for high class in Brazil. This opportunity was a great way to improve my leadership skills and discovery other technologies and methodologies to make those stores greater than they were. I start to develop some dashboards to help us with Q.A and implementing our Agile/Scrum methodologies into a simple online view (since trello doesn't fit for all our proposes). On top of that, the challenge to work with PHP and Magento was a great way to rise the bar and start to look for performance on a platform that was not known as a performer. At the beginning we suffer to understand the roots of this application and how to apply our way to develop things, but since we understood we start to improve based on ab-testing and google analytics data. At this time, I had 3 other front end developers to look after, and a good opportunity to do scalable things and reusable web components. I think that leading a squad isn't just trading tasks and delivery projects, but I look after the professional growing, so I developed a reward program that motivate them to always follow the tendencies and keep updated about all frontend trends. Oqv is an amazing place to work through the fact that we are able to develop a lot of solutions based on user experience and big data. I've worked on rest api, smacss and experiments with new technologies such as mobile fences and augmented reality. The best challenge that I've got there, were to develop all the front end base for the platform, and since I've never worked on an ecommerce before, were a lovely experience. Here I experiment pair programming and code review on deep of it, and I can say that my code style and thinking grew exponentially. The user analyses dictates all of our enforces, we used to do ab-tests to see the conversion rate and implementing new features since layout modifications through structures changes. They use a mix of Agile and Scrum to track the projects in a very effective sprint and the first word here was "test first, and fail soon". 99Jobs is a dream job of any developer. Work on a huge platform that connects what people love with their desired jobs is the main goal of this unbelievable place. As Front end developer here, I made a lot of structural changes on the platform with twitter bootstrap and following a rigid UX guide line. All the "extra" time we've got, we built A-b tests and learn how to do fast changes to enhance the approach with the costumers Here I learn how to use SEO and big data to improve the experience at the platform and to rise the time that all of ours users spent on it. We built an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) from the scratch with 2 views: The first, was the user view that we've built to be the most pleasure experience to apply for a job, the visual was the main part of this project and the pixel-perfect detail was amazing to deal with. And the second view, was the head hunter view. Here we work hard to perform and make things easier since we knew that tracking hundreds of users to filter into a single job position was hard at the time. And for sure, love to change a piece of the world codding. At Lampejos I learn how to code and how to lead a team. For the first position I've built websites based on wordpress and the agency owns cms. The cms were built in .net and it was a challenge to overthrow. I used to code with vanilla javascript, then with the adventure and establishment of jQuery we start to code with it and again it opened a huge field to explore. Working for and agency is really good to understand delivery time, co-working and performance. After I mastered this three pillars, I start to look for de quality of the code. In about 3 years working here I start to lead a team with a backend developer, a content manager and a account manager. At the end we're using Scrum to fit our projects and timing and we proudly never delayed a job :star: technologies: .net, php, sql, html, css, sass, jQuery, javascript, git Show less
