I have had the pleasure of working with Michaela in her capacity as Job Grant Lead with Community Employment Resource Centre for the last 2 years. As a government representative in a partnership responsible for funding corporate training applications, Michaela is masterful at liaising and collaborating with business owners, corporate trainers and employees. Michaela demonstrates the highest level of integrity when communicating to her diverse stakeholders. She is highly competent when presenting the complex, dynamic government guidelines to all levels of business partners. I highly recommend Michaela to be a part of your leadership team, she is multi faceted in her knowledge of program coordination, and both client and systems management.
