Ivy Molofsky was not only my manager and mentor during my 18 year tenure at Thomas but also the reason I stayed at the company for so long. She is by far the most supportive, encouraging and enthusiastic person I have ever reported to. She is always interested in trying new approaches and often suggested things I hadn't even considered, which personally kept me learning and growing and organizationally helped Thomas continue to be an innovative and entrepeneurial culture. She also created and cultivated a super collaborative HR team which made our day to day really fun and ensured that our people team was a group that everyone in the company knew was their to help them in any way possible. I feel really lucky to have worked with her and know that anyone else who works for her would feel the same!

Ivy is a true representation of loyalty and dedication to a company. She has been with Thomas for many years and personifies what the company believes is its greatest asset; people. The people, along with the fantastic slew of products/services, made me want to become a part of this team when Ivy recruited me. I was very fortunate to have become part of such a class A organization and I look forward to many years more. Thanks for finding me Ivy!
