I've known Ben for 20 years and he has one of the sharpest minds around. Status quo is not an option! While a student at Northwestern, Ben was an extremely helpful collegue at Kenosha Grounds Care for Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Sales, and Marketing. In addition to working on projects pro bono on his own time, he made time on weekends for strategy meetings. I am very grateful for his help. He has a bright future in the business world.

Mr. Dowell goes past normal standards to help his students and fellows - whether it is 3am or 3pm, he is always available to help. Mr. Dowell's professionalism and expectations motivate his colleagues to push beyond their 100%. He is the best instructor I have had in my entire military career. If given a chance, I would definitely work for him again.
