With a focus on user-experience, I completed various design cycles via mock-ups, code implementation, user-studies, and site-wide data analysis. Beyond user-experience and product design my responsibilities also included project management, mentorship, marketing, and community facilitation. I played an integral part in scaling the service from zero active volunteers to a growing community of over 20 volunteers from around the world, who I worked closely with to effectively teach our methods as well as to improve the service and its training materials. Collaborated with the Brown University Center for Digital Health in December 2021.

  Joined Cheeseburger Therapy as an intern who edited various training materials on the site. These focused on teaching untrained volunteers how to provide emotional support to anonymous customers, via concepts derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
