I have the greatest respect for Rikard because few people really take the time and energy to organize conferences. You really need to like your work and be really passionate in order to make all that commitment to organize a successful large conference. Rikard is well organized, passionate and cares about sharing knowledge and ideas in non-selfish way. He puts his money where his mouth is in a way that few people really do. To have ideas isn't the hard thing it’s to really execute them and harvest their potential and that is what Rikard is good at.
