I worked with Steve for many years at (what became) EarthLink Business, and would absolutely recommend him for another sales management position. Steve was a very results oriented manager, so if the job is getting done, he helped to let you keep doing what was working, instead of mandating policies and procedures that may not work for you personally. He also had a sincere professionalism in all his dealings - internal or external. I can't say we always saw eye to eye on everything, but I would never discount the respect I have for the job he preformed.
