    • Finance Administrative Associate / Collections - Multi skilled role
      • Sep 2017 - Present

Initially joined the company as a collections telephony agent, around a year later progressed to an admistrative position where I became multi-skilled. Over the past year all employees have gradually received training to be working at the same or a similar role to their colleagues. As of March 2020 the company had to enforce a working from home status which I've fully adapted to. The occasional team office day was reintroduced with the choice to book a day at our own convenience. - Multi-skilled role involving telephony Inbound and outbound calls, responding to a variety of correspondence via post, SMS and email, daily use of Microsoft packages, outlook & teams, handling sensitive personal information e.g. medical, vulnerability & an in-dept understanding of financial circumstances, collecting small to large payments in unpaid debt, raising documentation & query requests obtained by the customer and authorised third parties, complaint logging & handling, expressing empathy and active listening to each individual's sensitive circumstances. - Working within SLA timescales & meeting dedicated targets, deadlines & KPI's - Gained extensive knowledge in enquiries relating to credit files, fraud, disputes, payments, insolvency, internal & external queries to our wide range of clients, complaints, settlements and negotiation. - Achievements and capabilities were noticed by management and therefore had been put forward as a system tester on multiple occasions, trained a wide variety of colleagues in new roles, recognised for complaint handling and going the extra mile for our customers. - My skills have been and continue to be acknowledged in my Monthly 121 meetings and due to this I have been promoted throughout my role.
