Darby and I worked together during her internship with the Missouri State Fair marketing team. She was my go-to person in the office as I planned the state fair queen contest with 50+ contestants. Darby was incredibly organized and had a great attention to detail to keep things rolling smoothly, even when it felt chaotic. She thought through scenarios, planned ahead, and successfully executed on her tasks and responsibilities. I appreciated Darby's "can do" attitude and she was always pleasant to work with, which is a great skill to have during a hectic event like an 11 day fair! I've stayed connected to Darby in her career journey, and can tell she still brings this level of professionalism and enthusiasm as she continues growing in her roles!
