The drama documentary about social and emotional learning is being used to train teachers across the UK and internationally. Artist in residence at the Portland Academy delivering Silver Arts Award in Film and Digital Production to the IPACA Alternative Learning Group January-June 2015. The ScreenPLAY course was described as "an excellent series of high quality arts experiences." The students had a range of special needs and were not able to be part of the mainstream classroom environment. Filmmaker/photographer for Inside Out 2014 - starting in January 2015 on film projects with schools in Portland, Weymouth and Dorchester and a Youth Club in rural Dorset. Developing digital art projects with ScreenPLAY. Co-ordinator of a series of award-winning animation projects with young people for the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad - a total of five short films shown on big screens across the UK Production of the Legacy Trail, a short film for the Cultural Olympiad 2012 and other short, arts-related films.

Leading the organisation through a period of change - through the process of becoming an Arts Council National Portfolio organisation - one of few to receive a funding increase. Establishing a new business plan and priorities for the organisation in a major review of provision in Dorchester funded by the Arts Council and West Dorset District Council. Supporting the artistic director through a series of ground breaking international festivals in Dorchester, including hosting a week-long residency by Nofit State circus in 2010 for Inside Out, Dorset's alternate year festival of extraordinary events in extraordinary places. Leading a series of successful bids for major projects - including a two year Youth Music project and two First Light film projects.
