As a Microverse Mentor, I must mentor newbie Microverse colleagues through video calls. I found it interesting, but the most common skills we practiced were through video calls, so instead, I proposed to my mentees to send me a professionally written e-mail providing feedback. This way I am preparing them how to give feedback, but also improving their English (and mine). • Mentored junior web developers, providing technical support through code reviews. • Proposed improvements to code organization to improve code quality and overall performance. • Provided advice and tips on how to maintain motivation to maintain longevity in the program.
