In this position, I have developed methods and efficiencies to manage teams across several accounts. Workplace design is a fast-paced, evolving field that demands organization and attention to detail. In this position, I have built upon the following skills: - Establish project schedules and milestones at project initiation in coordination with the client’s goals - Allocate resources and monitor staff time utilization - Invoice review and approval to monitor project profitability - Draft contracts for opportunities with supplemental work plans - Mentor and empower junior staff to improve leadership skills Show less

Design is about connection. Design stirs emotions or reawakens memories on a level that isn’t always recognizable. As an Assistant Project Manager, I had the opportunity to use my creativity, communication, and organization skills to connect the BMW NA and MINI USA brands to their target customers.Design is organized.I managed and coordinated nearly 120 projects. This required time management and organization to track timelines, deadlines, and direct all communications with clients, design teams, and project managers as efficiently as possible. Some of the processes I’ve created and implemented have been used with onboarding, training, and developing new employees. As an Assistant Project Manager, I was responsible for:✔Collecting and distributing due diligence documents ✔Coordinating with lead designer and senior project manager on project timelines ✔Establishing contact and developing relationships with owners, local architects, and general contractors✔Coordinating schedules for online meetings and site visits✔Conducting basic site surveys, both online and in-person✔Leading weekly status review meetings with BMW management, CDMs, PMs, and SPM✔Reviewing construction document submittals for Corporate Identity Compliance✔Using Auto CAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up to edit floor plans and renderings✔Ensuring projects are on schedule to meet all deadlinesEveryday provides new obstacles and new challenges. As an Assistant Project Manager, I enjoyed the challenge of being responsible for the quality and design of so many different projects and proud to be a part of such a close-knit team. • Project Coordinator – Southern Region – Automotive Division
      • May 2015 - Dec 2015

In May of 2015 I was promoted to the position of Project Coordinator for the BMW account. I reported to the Project Manager, APM, and the Senior Project Manager. In this role I was in charge of:►Acquiring proper documentation for all new projects in region►Coordinating site visits for existing conditions survey►Review preliminary Construction Documents for Corporate Identity compliance►Track and Manage timeline for all projects in each region►Monitor and develop internal team schedule►Hold weekly calls with BMW and external project management company to update status of projectsThese new responsibilities were completely different from the tasks I performed as a CAD Designer. One of my first tasks was to develop my own system to organize the 30 projects that enrolled while I was in this position. This included using Microsoft Office Suite, GoTo Meeting, and my own templates in order to better track all communications with various clients and projects and their stage of completion. Plus, I gained valuable, hands-on experience of meeting the expectations of both management and clients, as well as understanding the steps of the entire design process. This experience helped me develop the entrepreneurial, communication, and organizational skills necessary to be promoted to Assistant Project Manager, where I continued to take on more responsibilities, more projects, while exceeding the expectations of management and clients throughout the country. • CAD Designer
      • Jan 2015 - May 2015

I was recruited to the position of CAD Designer for the Automotive Division at Tricarico Architecture and Design, PC because of my ability to use Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-Up to produce high-quality renderings. Plus, while earning my bachelor’s degree at Kean University in Interior Design, I learned the essentials of construction documents, building to code, and how to meet the needs of individual clients. In this role, I reported to the Lead Designer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager. My responsibilities included:►3D modeling►Understanding schematic designs►Creating design intent documents►Hand renderings►Extensive drafting using AutoCAD►Meeting and understanding Corporate Identity StandardsThis was an entry-level position where I developed my skills and learned from the other members of the team, including the project managers, how to meet the specific requirements of the client. Although the requirements were standard corporate identity for all projects, every project was unique and I learned how to maximize my time, and produce high-quality work that required less edits. As a CAD Designer I learned how an architectural team functions, and how important each member is to the overall success of the project, the division, and the company’s strategic goals. By working hard and by constantly picking the brains of the other members of my team helped me prepare for and obtain a promotion within five months of being hired. Show less
