I have known Kingsley in my capacity as the Postgraduate Programme Director for the MSc programme in Telecommunications Technology on which he was a student from October 2009 to October 2010. I was also his Masters project supervisor. Kingsley came top of his cohort while on the Masters programme. His Masters dissertation "Can we do better than PSK31?" was outstanding and made a genuine contribution to ultralow bandwidth transmission looking beyond PSK31 and the work was I believe of sufficient merit to be publishable. Kingsley is not only an academic high achiever but has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and I recommend him very highly.
