I worked with Jill for about 11 years at the City of Jacksonville. Jill and worked together many times for the city and she took great pride in the City of Jacksonville. Jill truly cared about the city and its employees.

I had the pleasure of working with Jill for 3 years while working for Home Depot. Jill was a HR Manager on my remote New Mexico team as I lived in Colorado at the time. Jill oversaw several high volume locations during her tenure with Home Depot. She acted in several captainship roles where she led her peers in delivering on key initiatives while ensuring that the day to day of her role was also being met. Jill always acted with both her external and internal customer in mind. She consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and always used sound judgment in her decision making. Jill was often sought out by her peers and district leadership for her knowledge and expertise. As a remote leader, I always slept better at night that Jill was in the market taking care of the business at hand. I would love the opportunity to work with Jill again. Any organization would be lucky to have Jill on their team.
