  When working at Tharsus Vision a Quality Engineer joined the company for a short while. During that time we had the opportunity to work together on a few things. 3 months after joining the company he left. He then contacted me and asked me to join him in a newly created business as a Technical Administrator.When i joined the business it was not ISO 9001:2008 certified, that was the first mission. Once acquired, we quickly moved onto gaining the 2015 standard as 2008 and was soon to be obsolete.After 18 months together the Quality Manager left the business and I took over as the main controller of the QMS system.My duties were:All aspects of ISO 9001:2015,Customer communications & satisfaction,BOM Control,Quality checks of Printed Circuit Boards and components,Auditing,Advising team leaders on ways to improve production,NPI (New Product Introduction) planning and checking for the production line.
