      Together with my co-founder Alex Allen, Next Chapter Books CIC was our dream to establish a community bookshop in South Bristol. More than just a bookshop, we wanted it to be a community space where stories are shared, people are inspired and connections are made and strengthened. It would have been a community business investing in tackling local needs. We were successful in raising £65k in start-up funds, and were poised to take on a lease when Covid hit.
