Dave heeft als product owner voor het project Hammerstein voor de Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie altijd een duidelijk beeld op het te ontwikkelen systeem getoond. Hij was goed op de hoogte van de eisen en wensen en had een duidelijke visie op wat er gerealiseerd moest worden. Hij kon daarbij de boodschap helder overbrengen op het scrumteam. Dave heeft uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en kan zich snel inwerken in de materie. Bijkomend voordeel van Dave is dat hij ook technische vaardigheden heeft op het gebied van ontwikkeling en databases. Hij voelt zich zeer betrokken bij het project en is bereid velerlei taken op te pakken. Zo draagt hij ook bij in het testen van het te ontwikkelen systeem om te controleren of de opgestelde requirements juist geïmplementeerd zijn. Ook is Dave prettig in de omgang en draagt hij bij aan sociale aspecten zoals het organiseren van lunches en uitjes.
