Skillful, able and effective people there are many, albeit it is ever more difficult to find one to work with. But, for the rest of my life, I will measure their professionalism, sense for the core of things and down-to-earth approach, with Pavlina's way to do business. She should have been an enemy to many of my colleagues who fell victim - in my eyes - to Pavlina's perfectionism and near-to-scifi efectiveness, because they couldn't match her in any way they'd tried. But she is not. Because, up to now, she's the most lovely person I've, and they've ever work with. Add to it all the difficulties of her childhood and you end up with a Hollywood-nearing example of totally self-made manager who never forgets her roots and always uses her experience to the benefit of others - be it friends, colleagues or employer.
