Foodprint C.I.C. turns over £10,000s and impacts around 800 people every week who otherwise couldn't afford nutritious food, winning the Enactus UK National Championships in 2019 and 2020. I led a dedicated team of 13, while overseeing 15+ partnerships, 40+ volunteers, two vans and a physical retail premises. Weekly revenue increased by 490% and food redistributed by 600% under my leadership, transforming the business from loss making to generating a £1,280 monthly profit.

  Completing an 8-week paid internship in the Reward team of the world's second-largest private charitable foundation, I undertook a variety of projects across benefits, compensation and reward. This included high-level analysis, such as producing a report recommending the base salary increase level for the whole charity, which the Head of Reward wrote "could go as it is to the Remuneration Committee". I often led on internal communications projects such as launching a new employee wellbeing app, and organised a substantial employee wellbeing event which over 100 people attended with 8.7/10 average satisfaction.In my own time I created a video of a staff volunteering week that was used externally and which the communications team later said would have cost them around £6,000.
