      I went to experience another culture, ideas and lifestyle. I learned English in that period and I had the opportunity to work in areas where in Brazil it would not be possible.- There, I've worked in a burger place franchise called "Fat Burger" located in downtown and other places across USA. I was able to experience the daily life of a restaurant for the 1st time, doing the quality control of the meat, grilling it, assembling the sandwiches, organising the freezer and refrigerator. I went to experience another culture, ideas and lifestyle. It’s one of the best known seafood restaurants in San Diego, frequented by many celebrities when they are passing through the city. I worked in several sectors of the restaurant such as: grill, food preparation, washing vegetables and customer service at the fish shopping counter. This made it possible for me to learn a lot because, in the daily interaction with customers, I was able to develop English even more and gain more flexibility in things that I was not aware of. I was responsible for providing all the portions that would be grilled to the customers in the restaurant, quality control of the fish when receiving from the supplier, organization of the freezer, cleaning of the area, etc. Although it was an experience with a not very pleasant smell, lol, it was very enriching.
