The scope includes collaborating with the client to establish design objectives, creating innovative concepts that blend modern aesthetics with Fujairah's cultural identity, obtaining permits, preparing comprehensive construction documents, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. As an architect, I also manage proposal activities, conduct quality inspections, and collaborate with interior designers to create a harmonious living space. Post-construction support was provided to ensure the project's success and client satisfaction._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________2022 - As a Building Architect, I was responsible for designing and managing the construction of a Labour Camp facility spanning 247,400 square meters for the esteemed client, Fujairah Municipality. It includes conducting detailed consultations to understand the municipality's requirements and functional needs for the camp.Developing efficient and sustainable design solutions, accommodating appropriate accommodations, amenities, and facilities for the Labourers. Responsibilities encompass obtaining permits, preparing comprehensive construction documents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. As an integral part of the Consultant & Contractor Team was managing and oversee the construction process, conduct regular site visits, and deliver a high-quality, safe, and comfortable Labour Camp that meets Fujairah Municipality's objectives and standards.
