Representation Work directly with all Developers/Landlord’s from LOI to opening of store to coordinate the following: Coordination of deliverables and possession Horse trading for changes to agreement during development process Rent Commencement Approvals for any Habit related items Amendments Represent Habit at all Regulatory (Planning/City Council/Zoning etc.) Hearings Site layout & Building Design Construction Work with Construction Team to create an accurate bid process and assist GC's as needed if issues arise due to design, site conditions, utilities, or Landlord deliverables. Work directly with GC’s & CM’s to resolve any issues that arise during projects. In early years of company growth directly manage all faucets of projects including procurement, bidding process, and direct oversight of GC during construction. Show less
