To remedy that, I positioned myself as the Sales Operations CRM interlock. I upskilled through Salesforce’s trailblazer tool, securing 50 badges for completed modules and was granted administrative rights within Cvent’s CRM. Working closely with CRM, I was able to carry out operational activities, effectively removing the middleman and improving company processes and SLA’s. This combination of skillsets saw me become the Operations point for CRM Governance, SKU Governance, and quote management. I also front lined the company’s transition to the Salesforce Lightening Experience. A very detailed specific project that called for the requisitions of 14 different Sales Profiles being met. I spearheaded the project working with many different divisional teams to ensure that cross team requirements were met and implemented. I also had to ensure that business and operations processes that were changing due to Covid-19 were being documented and implemented whilst ensuing effective change management process was being followed.

I also conducted a thorough analysis of our Salesforce instance, securing pivotal data and processes during the absorption of QuickMobile’s CRM instance into Cvents. Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure company standards as well as departmental expectations were adhered to. Once the merger was complete, I was given autonomy in the selection of projects I would undertake. I successfully spearheaded the build of our Cvent’s Sales Wiki, the companies first consolidated intuitive intranet system that was designed to ensure data integrity and management. I designed and launched the Sales Operations JIRA ticketing system for inbound Sales problems.
