Perfekcyjna, ułożona, zorganizowana i profesjonalna. To słowa, które idealnie odzwierciedlają to, jak Kasia pracuje. Zawsze można na nią liczyć!

Wyjątkowa zdolność nabywania nowych umiejętności i odnajdywania się w nowych sytuacjach/obowiązkach. Prawdziwy talent w organizacji pracy. Świetny współpracownik, zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Nie spoczywa na laurach, mocno stawia na samorozwój, jak i rozwój firmy/zespołu. Jestem pełna uznania.

Pomotion gave me more complex tasks to perform such as: calculating accruals, participating actively in the process of closing the month in the books and also, creating reports for Central Statistical Office. I was tutoring a newly hired employee form the client's company in order to prepare them to take ower some of my responsibilities (eventualy it didn't happen, still doing all the work myself :)). Due to my high technical skills, I was chosen to participate in manual tests of a new invoice management system.Right now I'm in charge of two clients, both speaking English only.

As a Accounting Assistant I was introduced to various basic tasks such as: managing payables and receivables, bookkeeping and preparing reports in Excel. From the start I was in constant contact with the clients and performed my tasks independently. After barely two months of working I was given a client of my own under a supervision of a more experienced accountant.

Right after joining Lash Design, I was responsible mostly for client management. Due to the variation of branches in which Lash Desgin was active, I was handling simultaneously: beauty salon, training centre, and online shop customers. I’ve participated with the management staff in creating and unifying procedures. Later, I was moved more into the financial side of the business - I was responsible for money transfers, negotiations with contractors and also, keeping in touch with our close coworkers (like brand ambassadors and instructors training under Lash Desing’s name). I was issuing sales invoices, managing receivables and payables, and controlling the level of supplies (both for the beauty procedures, and an online shop). As a side project I was also testing both the web page, and the online shop after the new component was implemented. My feedback was later passed to the developer for further examination. However, I'm the most proud of a planner I came up with in the middle of 2020 - it was created for girls working in beauty comunity and I made it all by myself using MS PowerPoint only (I know, very professional - but it worked beautifly!).

Main responsibilities:- internal process creation and improvement- having control over supplies in the office- managing cash flow and collecting debts- creating and managing agreements with the clients and contractors- implementing GDPR in the companyDuring that time I was also responsible for running small marketing campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, and as a side project I was told to create a chatbot for Facebook Messenger. I find is as a big success - the chatbot worked and I programmed it with no previous experience. However, it never went public, I left the company before I was given the green light.

Firstly, I was responsible for research, creating written content and briefing related graphic content to the graphic designers. I was also planning communication strategy and target groups. Then, I was given my own clients. I’ve run marketing campaigns in social media, comparing the results and reporting them to those clients. I’ve created a PowerPoint template for the company and was responsible for managing public procurements and corporate offers.Besides that, I was creating tools for checking customers’ opinions about the company’s services, editing blog posts referring to topics which were new to me (such as: GTD method, GDPR, AdWords campaigns). Also, I was the one who started the process of web page improvement (mostly SEO).

I was a co-founder of a culture-oriented web page. We’ve managed to gather several people around it and spreading the news about various cultural events (such as premiers, new releases or just good and recommend-worthy work.
