      As General Manager, I am charged with the overall profitable management of the hotel, which includes guest room rental and on-site conference services. Operationally, I ensure accurate record keeping, adequate employee staffing and training, and best practices within the hotel. It is my duty to lead our team to meet and surpass guests' expectations of comfort, cleanliness and service. Under my management, the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Bridgeport received a 2013 Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence and achieved a TOP 20 Hotel ranking and award within the Microtel brand from Wyndham Hotel Group.
