Responsible for overseeing several large referral programmes for international drilling contractors. This includes interviewing and assessing large volumes of internally referred candidates, training coordination and eventual logistics for initial mobilisation. During my time within this role I supported the creation of a new office in Houston. This meant establishing processes and procedures for work with a large drilling contractor in line with national legislation.
