I have worked with Gill at both BSKYB and Bodog. Gill has been the person whom I know that I can rely on to provide me with user research insights that I feel I can trust. Gill makes sure that research sessions include all of the relevant business and design people involved in a project get to experience directly who the customers are and what they want. As a creative I find that the research Gill does makes me feel customer focused and more involved in the business. It has also been a great learning curve hearing the customer critique my own design work in sessions run by Gill. If I needed to know more about my customers, I would ask Gill for advice.
