I've worked with Kim during her time at The WERCS. During Ciba's software implementation, Kim provided technical expertise and training to our project. She exibited a keen ability to understand our business requirements and provide our staff with complete information relevant to the subject area, allowing us to make informed decisions on our software configuration. Since our implementation, Ciba has relied on Kim for consulting expertise and guideance. We also had an opportunity to witness Kim's communication skills, as she led a network of EHS regulatory staff from various companies to shape further software development targeted at customer needs. My experience working with Kim is quite possitive, and I'd recommend Kim based on her hard work, dedication, and ability to add value in business process support.

Kym is a very friendly and helpful person. She did an excellent job looking for systems improvements, area of expertise; as well as to bring current practices a notch up into technology, automation and efficiency. Kym is committed to her job and to the people who works with her. She is known for going the extra mile and work many long night hours. She has a strong work ethic and is a fast learner. Excellent communication skills. She would be a great asset to any organization.
