My role was to be an advocate for the end-user by building engaging, innovative and accessible experiences for my client's customers. I comfortably presented prototypes and high-fidelity designs to stakeholders of global enterprises and immerse myself in all areas of UX, from running usability sessions to workshops. My role as Senior Designer is to design the service, interaction and user experience for end-to-end journeys. I create wireframes both in Sketch and the prototyping tool kit created by GDS which is wire framing in code (HTML, CSS). I collaborate with my user researcher to test our product in lab-testing sessions. It is my responsibility to present my designs to stakeholders as well as the internal team and explain and defend my design decisions. I am an advocate in user centred design and keep that in the forefront of my mind when I embark on any design project.
