I have know Russ and worked with him for over 10 years. Russ and I worked directly together the last 4 years in my role as Development Manager and Russ as Development Support Manager. I enjoyed working with Russ and found him to be collaborative and process driven. Russ has attention to detail and works well as part of an integrated team. Russ is dedicated , fair and a genuine individual. I often relied on Russ to meet critical deadlines so I could complete my tasks. It was great to be able to rely on someone without having to do constant follow-up.
