I serve as a key member of the leadership team and manage the site acquisition, land title abstracting, and examination services for utility, railroad, and transportation projects in both the public and private sectors. I also have extensive experience managing complex or politically sensitive CDBG-DR disaster recovery programs.

Title Examiner/Title Abstractor

Examining and abstracting of more than 15,000 commercial and residential properties in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Title services included research/examination for more than 100 cellular tower site transactions. Responsibilities also included assisting local law firms in condemnation and foreclosure of commercial and municipal lands, and serving as liaison between attorneys, real estate agents and title closers.
