Polish Armament Group is one of the largest arms groups in Central and Eastern Europe. I was responsible, inter alia, for the security and anti-corruption division, international cooperation, export, as well as supervision over 16 companies producing weapons, ammunition, armoured vehicles and artillery. My activities led to an increase in export sales of the group's products by 43%, and to the signing of contracts with a total value of over PLN 10 billion. I have conducted G2B and B2B negotiations with representatives of the largest defence companies in the world as well as with members of governments and heads of government agencies in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America and Australia, including countries at war/armed conflicts. I participated in negotiating offset agreements and DCS and FMS supply contracts as a representative of Polish industry. I initiated a successful R&D project of rocket control actuator systems worth PLN 72 million. In 2015-2018 I also was a member of the Supervisory Board of MS TFI (Investment Funds Association), the Scientific Council of Industrial Optics Center - PCO S.A, the Scientific Council of Research and Development Centre of Mechanical Devices “OBRUM” and the Convent of Warsaw University of Technology.
