Chris Matan
I was a tenant at a Chicago co-working space in the early 2000's Lee was managing. Although she was running that operation, Lee was already very seasoned within the commercial real estate space. We always got along well and I often sought her advice on deals I was working on. I remember one specific time where I was looking at a detail deal that happened to also have a parking garage piece to it. I was not interested in the garage initially...but she said something that has stuck with me all these years. "Don't overlook the garage component."
