Mentoring services are provided to adolescents in order to address a wide range of behaviors that may be occurring at home, school, or other extra-circular activities. Services would include instruction and interventions in age-appropriate behavior, interactions, and problem management. Throughout the course of services, I coordinate with different mental/behavioral health agencies, school administrations, courts, and Family Assessment and Planning Teams in their respective counties or cities. Notes are completed to document the mentoring services for each session and progress throughout the month. Show less
