Loren Cocking is a very dedicated collector car enthusiast and business leader. Over the years I have watched him lead the BC Corvette Club to success as their president. Loren leads by example. He is one of the first to volunteer and is one of the last to go home. Loren is an astute business man with a charismatic personality. From a business perspective Loren would be a great asset to any organization. In my opinion, he is caring, giving and is a delight to work with. If you need business leader or a very dedicated employee who can do a multitude of professional tasks Loren Cocking checks all of the boxes.

V3S 6K1 www.jellybeanautocrafters.com jellybeanautocrafters@telus.net January 15, 2021 Recommendation for Loren Cocking To whom it may concern, Loren was our Office Administrator and a valued member of our team for just under 5 years. He was excellent with our staff, clients, suppliers and did his best to build the company. With Loren’s help, we experienced particularly good growth, so we more than doubled the size of the company during his time with us. Loren is a man of integrity, honesty, great work ethic and dedication with an upbeat attitude. I wrote this letter because I am grateful for the loyalty, dedication and hard work Loren put in during his tenure in our office. Best Regards: Ewald Penner CEO

Loren proved to be a great asset and took on a highly demanding task. He took on an after sales and servicing position and did and almighty job. His consistent efforts helped support our customers and his added technical acumen blended perfectly. Highly recommend Loren for activities where you need customers to feel that they are meaningful. Attention and consistent follow up was all part of Lorens natural every day activity. He is organised and never afraid to put in more time and effort where needed. 🤙💯🤙

Jellybean AutoCrafters is a high-end, full-service auto restoration and custom fabrication shop capable of building an entire car from conceptual drawings to a fully-functional. driveable work of art. As their Office Administrator I was responsible for all Purchasing & Logistics (including sourcing rare vintage auto parts), performing all administrative duties (Invoicing, Record-Keeping, Account Reconciliations & Payroll) and ensured that all governmental filings, reports, insurance policies, business licenses & industry memberships remained current. I interacted with their clients and acted as the liaison between the customers, the business owners and the employees. I also contributed towards sales and marketing initiatives and assisted in the development of policies, procedures and strategies to build the business. ACHIEVEMENTS: During my tenure at Jellybean I facilitated the doubling of annual sales volumes over a five year period by relieving the owners of all daily administrative tasks and allowing them to focus on the delivery of product excellence. As President of the B.C. Corvette Club for 4 years, it was my pleasure and my responsibility to lead our club thru it's 51st - 54th year of continuous operation. I'm tremendously proud of the history of the BCCC, the charitable fund-raising that our club has done, and the caliber of people that we've attracted (and retained) to make this club what it is today - Western Canada's largest and oldest Corvette Club! Kinetics Drive Solutions is a multi-disciplinary engineering company with a focus on infinitely-variable transaxles & transmissions (IVT's) for heavy-equipment manufacturers, defense contractors and component manufacturers worldwide. IVT's provide improved vehicle performance, fuel and emission reductions and extended engine life. As part of the Service Operations Department, my role was to build their worldwide after-sale (warranty) service replacement parts business. I was also the liaison between our customers and the Engineering, Production and Business Development Teams when it came to providing after-sales service solutions. ACHIEVEMENTS: Within 1 year, I cleared a 1-1/2 year backlog of Service (Warranty) Requests while handling all new issues world-wide. Revamped the company's entire Returns and Services Processes to adopt LEAN methodologies. Oversaw the execution of the company's first ever, world-wide, transaxle recall program. Designed, brokered and implemented the company's first "Authorized Service Agency" agreement with a firm in Singapore. Show less
