    • Billing Quality Assurance
      • 1996 - 1998

QA check systems for over 12 Service Providers. Customer counts for each Service Provider varied between 40 and 27000. I had to create mirror systems of every product specification that was designed in IT so that the check I did would be a ‘true’ independent check. Creating a re-rating system so that if a customer had been billed incorrectly over any period of time, I could supply the call details as they were billed and with an adjustment showing if any credit had been due. This became a very useful Account Management tool as we could feed in external call data from another Service Provider to show the customer how the bill would have looked if it had been supplied by RSL Com. Designing a system to produce lists of customer Telstra accounts for conversion to RSL from Telstra. This process had to take into account the various Telstra Tariff plans available to the different bill types and making sure that they were sent with the correct Tariff information.
