Luqman is one of my subordinates who currently working as Engineer, In Process Quality Control (IPQC) division at Top Glove Corporation Bhd. Factory 37, Kluang, Johor. He is a responsible person towards his daily and monthly task assigned, multi task, and a well person who conducts a proper planning with timeline to achieve the desired objectives. He is also familiar on defects trouble shooting since most of his hour will be focusing with Production/Compounding Department at compounding area and production lines apart from IPQC documentation. In addition, able to manage his inspectors well for a clear direction for Quality Control and also parameters set to run based on validated range so that all the products produced comply all the standard required.
