More specifically: ★ Worked with ShiftWizard application SMEs, manuals, and SME-produced scripts, as well as, invested a substantial amount of time learning the application functionality, end-user procedures, and how to configure the application for demonstration and simulation activity scenarios to produce effective, highly interactive eLearning modules. ★ Employed a number of tools to create the eLearning modules, including Adobe Captivate 2017, SnagIt 13 and 2018, Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, Corel VideoStudio X9 Ultimate, MS Word 2016, and MS Excel 2016. ★ Completed the migration of nineteen learning modules created in Captivate to a SCORM 1.2-compliant LMS (an introductory module, fifteen lessons, two quizzes, and a final exam), totaling an end-to-end LMS completion baseline of three and a half hours of instruction and testing. (Note that the LMS baseline timing was performed by this developer and not a student with little or no experience with the ShiftWizard application.) ★ All modules except the tests provided human narration and closed captioning. ★ Nine of the fifteen lessons provided both guided and unguided simulation activities for practicing the procedures covered in the corresponding lesson content. Performance feedback and occasional hints were provided throughout the activities. ★ All testing modules targeted both knowledge and performance via a variety of standard question types and a substantial number of simulation-based questions. ★ The testing modules were coded with Captivate variables and advanced actions to accurately display in-test question information and report student performance data to the LMS (the LMS’s native assessment engine did not allow for simulation questions).
