I managed P.J. at Indeed for the last year and a half. If you hire him, you're going to be getting one of the best. His growth from an individual contributor to a manager over the last year and a half was incredible to watch. His people loved working for him, and I know the next organization that employs him will be as satisfied and impressed as I was. Some notable accomplishments: - He was Indeed's lead tester for the product that sat between the employer and revenue for the company. In that time, major issues were minimal, and the amount of issues that were found prior to production releases or A/B tests being turned up prevented some serious issues from reaching customers. - His management responsibilities took him into working with other teams that were responsible for other products in the Indeed employer hiring space, and he ably led each of these employees to test to the best of their ability. - He also put together a rock solid automation plan that folded back into team's OKRs, raising visibility of the importance of automation. I think you'll be very happy when you make P.J. your next hire!
