Joanne is a vital part of Team UFA - she is person who can handle data and people with equal skill (a rare combination!). Her expertise has made all the different to so many tasks, processes and systems, and often implemented under ludicrous time scales, with crazy ideas to distill (sorry!!) and all done in a thoroughly pleasant, professional and engaging manner. Everybody at UFA loves Joanne - they know they can turn to her with any data question and not feel patronised, not feel stupid; and they know they'll get a well thought out, sensitive answer. Joanne's training skills are also incredible. She is a people person as well as a systems person! Very highly recommended.
